Refund Policy

Full refund within 14 days of paid subscription, no questions asked.
Refund Scope
This refund policy applies to all paid plans (Basic, Pro, Max) purchased through the Lets Marry platform. No charges are incurred during the free trial, so refunds do not apply.
14-day no-questions-asked refund
Within 14 days of your paid subscription taking effect, you may request a full refund without providing a reason. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
Plan Changes & Downgrades
If you wish to downgrade from a higher plan, the price difference for the current billing cycle will not be refunded and the new plan will take effect in the next billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges.
Cancel Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your paid benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan. Cancellation does not trigger a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Please submit a refund request through the Help Center by providing your registered email, order number, and reason for the refund. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with the refund decision, you may contact us again to negotiate. We are committed to handling every refund request fairly and reasonably. If negotiation fails, the dispute resolution mechanism outlined in the Terms of Service will apply.
